Details
If the domain contact email address is incorrect, you may be able to alter it to your current address by accessing your domain administrative area.
The domain administration section located on your Domain Registrar's website.
Enter your login details -
(issued to you when you registered your domain name).
Once inside your Domain Admin area you will be able to locate your domain secret/password
Verification
Once a transfer is instigated the registrar will send an email requesting permission from you to transfer the domain.The email used will be the email address on your domain contact details
This MUST be authorised for the transfer to take place.
Transfer Eligibility
You're not eligible to transfer a domain for a 60-day period after the following events:- Registering or transferring a domain name
- Updating the registrant contact's organization
- Updating the registrant contact's first or last name and an organization is not listed
